dq agency ist die neue Agentur von Dirq Niemann, der als Mitgründer, Gesellschafter, Agent und Geschäftsführer für 22 Jahre die Berliner Agentur Powerline Agency mit aufgebaut und geleitet hat. Des Weiteren war er Mitgründer und Teilhaber des Flirt 99 Musikverlages.
Dirq Niemann wurde 1989 in Berlin erfunden. Es folgten erste Erfahrungen auf der Straße als Tourbegleiter, als Aussendienstmitarbeiter für das Label und Vertrieb Fire Engine (Wipers etc) um dann 1993 zusammen mit Wieland Krämer die Agentur Powerline zu gründen. In dieser langen Zeit hat Dirq Niemann als Booking Agent mit spannenden und wegweisenden Künstlern wie 18th Dye, Blumfeld, Tocotronic, Whirlpool Prod., Peaches, Gonzales, Dillon, Die Nerven, Die Sterne uvw. zusammengearbeitet. Zum großen Teil seit Anfang ihrer Karrieren an.
Seit 2016 haben Dirq Niemann, Robert Glanz und Tonio Amin Zaoui aus der dq agency eine ebenso stabile und gut funktionierende Agentur gemacht. Mit dem Berliner Label Staatsakt bilden sie eine Bürogemeinschaft.

Dirq Niemann was created 1989 in Berlin. First experiences where made on the streets as a tour manager, as field worker for the label and distribution company Fire Engine (Wipers etc) then, as mentioned above, in 1993 co-founded the Powerline Agency with Wieland Krämer. During these long years, Dirq Niemann has worked as a booking agent for exciting and groundbreaking bands, such as 18th Dye, Blumfeld, Tocotronic, Whirlpool Prod., Peaches, Gonzales, Dillon, Die Nerven, Die Sterne and many more. For many of them since the beginning of their careers.
Since 2016, Dirq Niemann, Robert Glanz and Tonio Amin Zaoui made dq agency a stable and functioning agency. They are sharing an office with the Berlin based label Staatsakt.
